Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for four enthusiastic Senior Nurses to join our Mid and West Wales Team based in Ceredigion & Pembrokeshire. There are 2 opportunities in the Dementia Care Service. A driver's licence and the use of a car are essential.

As a Senior Nurse supporting our Clinical Lead Nurse your job will be to case manage patients at end of life, carrying out needs assessments and signposting patients to services available in the area. You will also be overseeing standards and ensuring everyone on the nursing team has the skills they need. Working in the dementia service, the patients at end of life will also be suffering with dementia, so experience and knowledge in this field is essential.

In return you will have the opportunity to access a generous portfolio of training and education, bursary scheme, management support, clinical supervision and an occupational pension scheme (NHS pension transferable).

Salary: £27,270 - £30,300pa (depending on experience)
